Happy Wrapz – Terms & Conditions
When purchasing Happy Wrapz packaging services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience:
1. Service Selection

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate service and size based on their item’s dimensions and requirements.

Orders that are clearly mismatched to the selected service (e.g., choosing “Small” packaging for items requiring larger dimensions) may be subject to cancellation or modification. Additional fees may apply if an adjustment is required.
2. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds for Happy Wrapz services are only provided if the error is due to a fault on our end. Incorrect service selection by the customer will not be eligible for refunds once packaging has been prepared or shipped.

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days of confirmation.
3. Liability for Lost or Damaged Goods

Once your package leaves our facility, liability for lost or damaged goods transfers to the carrier (Royal Mail or your chosen courier).

Compensation for such instances will follow the carrier’s policies and claims processes. Customers are encouraged to select appropriate insurance options through the carrier if needed.
4. Processing Times

Happy Wrapz services do not impact the standard processing times for your order. Packaging is added as an enhancement and prepared alongside your items for timely dispatch.
5. Custom Designs and Branding

For Custom Branded services, all logos, artwork, and design elements must be provided in accordance with our file submission guidelines. Failure to meet these guidelines may result in delays or additional charges.

We reserve the right to reject designs that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate copyright or trademark laws.
6. Recyclability and Sustainability

Our packaging materials are selected with sustainability in mind. Please check with your local recycling guidelines to ensure proper disposal.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Any disputes regarding the Happy Wrapz service should be directed to our customer support team within 14 days of receipt of the package.

Chargebacks made without prior communication will be disputed, and any associated costs may be passed on to the customer.
8. Limitations of Liability

Happy Wrapz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our packaging services.
